Felton’s Recipe: Salisbury Steak

Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chuck

1 sm onion chopped

2 eggs

2 t flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

Salt & pepper

1 can of mushroom soup

3/4 c milk

Instructions

Mix meat, onion, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper.  Shape into oval-shaped patties and brown in skillet.  Remove to casserole and cover with soup an milk. Bake one hour at 325 degrees.
