Baby Back Ribs – Pro Tips & Recipe with David Miles


Pro tips:

  1.  Double wrap your trays with aluminum foil for quick clean up and food safety

  2.  Always remove membrane from back of ribs to allow seasoning and smoke to flavor. (Use butter knife on second bone and paper towel to help remove)


Remove membrane

Lightly coat with cooking spray then liberally season both sides with your favorite rub.

Ensure your pit is hot and running between 235-250*

Cook 3 hours baste with sauce then cook 30 mins longer.

Spritz ribs with apple juice or water every hour.
