Pork Chop Supreme


  • 4-6 pork chops

  • Small amt of oil

  • 2/3 c washed rice

  • 1 Onion

  • Can of tomatoes

  • Dash of Salt & Pepper


  1. In a large frying pan, brown 4-6 pork chops in a small amount of oil. 

  2. Take out pork chops, pour off grease.

  3. Add 2/3 cup of washed rice, brown lightly.

  4. Place pork chops of tops of rice, add a slice of onion to each chop and a can of tomatoes. Add a little more water and salt and pepper. 

  5. Cook until done and moisture is cooked out.
