Salisbury Steak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck

  • 1 sm onion chopped

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 t flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 can of mushroom soup

  • 3/4 c milk

Preparation

  1. Mix meat, onion, eggs, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper. 

  2. Shape into oval-shaped patties and brown in skillet. 

  3. Remove to casserole and cover with soup an milk.

  4. Bake one hour at 325 degrees.
